All totally improvised in glorious stereo onto 2 pzms and a Fostex.

Original artwork and text by Ash at 4Poster based on ideas by Ash, Riz and Cloughy.

Due to the way this album was created, it's not always easy to remember exactly who did what, where or when. This is my best shot!
